| I am so pooped from showing people NYC this weekend....but it was good!
It was nice to see Greg before he left on his new life in Israel....We went shopping a little, ran errands and ate a lot of amazing NYC eats. I showed him a joint that the amazing Douglass Rittenhouse would just love and needs to go...(somebody please remind me next time he is here). And we got to go to mini Israel...it is called B&H photo...lol! We fell in love with their rigging system that goes all over the store...It was insane. Greg learned a new phrase....todah rabah (thank you very much(Hebrew))! That will help him greatly! We tried the phrase Slicha Bavakasha (excuse me please(Hebrew))....yeah, that didn't go over too well with the Texas accent he says he doesn't have.  I got him lost and he found the way...that was a first...after that I told him to do all the directing and I will follow. I think I got lost cause I was too tired....that was my excuse anyways.
Beth came to see Greg before he left....She is an awesome girl. I really enjoyed hanging out with her. So, Beth had her drivers license for 2 months and decided to drive to NYC....phhhhh...she is crazy! Oh and did I mention, She has never been here. She was looking for parking for 2 hours and ended up in the Broncs. Then, Greg suggested for her to stay in a Hostel (I would have suggested my
apt) and it was.... *cough* Co-ed ...she ended up with five guy
roommates. Great situation for an recently graduated intern..lol. So I
found her a place at my closest friend here in NYC's house. But she
never stayed.....she drove home. Who does that?
Over all it was overwhelming but really good! Friends are awesome!
After all of this...I went home to rest and got a phone call from a friend who was in a panic. So he is staying with me tonight as well as my roommates brother who also needed a place to stay for the night. I just hope that my friend is not Homophobic. This should be an interesting night to end my weekend.
